01Do I have to use a Send An Oops box?
No. If you already have the gift and a suitable shipping box, you can use your own. The wizard asks for your package details and gives you a real quote.
02Is the quote a live carrier quote?
Yes. The wizard asks the carrier for a real rate based on your exact package and route -- not a formula.
03What measurements do I need?
Measure the outside of the sealed package and enter its length, width, height, and total weight. Packaging material counts too, so measure it as it will actually be shipped.
04Will I be charged after getting a quote?
No. Getting a quote does not charge your card. You're only charged when you choose a service and click "Buy this label."
05Can I ship outside Canada?
Own-box shipping is currently designed for eligible Canadian origin and destination addresses.
06Why might the final price be different?
Package dimensions, weight, origin, destination, and the service you choose all affect the price. The wizard shows the real, final price for each service before you pay.
07Do you save the addresses I enter?
The sender and destination addresses you enter are used to prepare your quote and, if you buy a label, to print it and ship your parcel.
